As there are several employees of Elon Musks company who have moved to Tim Cooks company.
At the origin of this dispute between these two major companies worldwide is simply due to the Project Titan.

Many of the contractors are working on displays, optics and battery technology for other Apple devices.

Some employees joined Tesla directly, while others were dismissed before joining Apple.
