Three Paper Paths
The SC-P5000 is obviously not your regular printer.
Aside from the 11 inks, it also has three paper paths to handle different print media.
The main paper path is a front drawer with a maximum capacity of 250 sheets of plain paper.
Lastly, the third path is a mechanized roller dedicated for wide canvas and paper rolls.
Once the printer runs out of ink, the empty ink cartridges can be replaced with 200-ml cartridges each.
The replacement cartridges are more expensive to buy, but they print more than the bundled ones.
Even though there are 11 inks, only 10 are used at a time.
The printer switches between the two automatically.
Epson Print Layout
This software is developed to help with printing on various paper types and sizes.
you’ve got the option to create panoramas and borderless prints with it, among others.
The maximum print resolution it supports is 2880 x 1440 dpi.
Draft print mode is the fastest but comes at the price of a lower print quality.
Only with the driver installed on a computer will you get access to all of the printers impressive features.
