Microsoft has Designed Build in Troubleshooting Tools to Detect and fix various windows related problems itself.
If this service is not running, diagnostics will no longer function.
Even if running command net start DPSwith administrator right, it says the service couldnt be started.
That cause simply open Command prompt as administrator and perform Command below.
If it doesnt work, consider doing a restart.
