Using theCommand Promptor theWindows PowerShellwith regular user rights can be sufficient.
This is also called running PowerShell with elevated PowerShell prompt.
However, all commands executed with Administrative privilegescannotbe executed with Standard privileges.

There are several ways to spin up the PowerShell and the Command Prompt with Administrative privileges.

Right-Clickon the program and click onOpen File Location.

Thenright-clickon the highlighted shortcut and selectProperties.
Under theShortcuttab, click onAdvanced.
In the next window, checkRun as Administrator.

ClickOK, and then apply the options.
By performing the tasks above, we have ensured that the relevant programalwaysruns with Administrative privileges.
Now aLeft-Clickfrom theStart Menuon the program would run it with administrative rights.
