With Windows 10 April 2018 Update version 1803, Microsoft is officially renamed Quiet Hours to Focus Assist.

Focus Assist automatically turns itself on during presentations, or when playing games.

Previously With Quiet hours, the feature was either on or off.

But now With Focus assist, you get three options: Off, Priority only, and Alarms only.

Priority only will disable notifications except for those apps and people you add to your priority list.

Alarms only will disable notifications except for, you guessed it, alarms.
