Perform the following to execute the tool:
Once done, recheck if the issue persists.
To perform a clean boot, start by typing inmsconfigin Run.
Under theGeneraltab, uncheck the box next toLoad startup items.
Now switch to theServicestab, check the box next toHide all Microsoft servicesat the bottom and then clickDisable all.
Now switch to theStartuptab and clickOpen Task Manager.
The Task Manager will now open in theStartuptab.
Once done, shut the Task Manager and clickApplyandOkin theSystem Configurationwindow to save the changes and close it.
Then clickViewfrom the menu bar at the top and then clickShow Analytic and Debug Logs.
If you have one, punch it.
You will then be able to see its details under the General section.
From there, note down theirClientProcessID.
Now close theEvent Viewerand kick off the Task Manager.
When found, right-click it and clickStopfrom the context menu.
