First of all, you should disable your antivirus.
hit the Start Menu, typeWindows Securityand then press it.
Turn off every protection feature by clicking the respective button.
This is how it will look like after you block the protection features.
Right-hit the ZIP file, then selectExtract Here.
If youre asked for a password, enter123and then clickOK.
Once the extraction process is finished, pop pop the extracted folder.
If UAC pops up, clickYes.
If not, you might directly perform the next step.
Wait until the installation is completed.
