By default, the Windows 11 operating system requires an active internet connectionanda Microsoft account to be installed.
It will not continue without either of these.
Now, these two items are a must.

It allowed them to store their data on the cloud, and keep their devices in check.
If it doesnt, you canbypass the TPM and Secure Boot requirementsas well.
Create a Windows 11 23H2 bootable media gear.
Download Windows 11 23H2 ISO image.
Plug it into the PC and continue to install it.
fire off the following command:
As soon as you fire off the command, the computer will restart.
Continue through the OOBE screens until you see the Lets connect you to a data pipe screen again.
But you might bypass that too.
Enter the following email address and clickNext.
When you are done with the OOBE screens, Windows 11 version 23H2 will be successfully installed.
For this purpose, it is compulsory that your machine be associated with a Microsoft account.
