What is Bandwidth?
Bandwidth is the amount of data that is being transmitted in a fixed amount of time.
Every internet connection may have different bandwidth, usually represented as bits/sec (bits per second).
So limiting the bandwidth would provide the user to download/upload limited amount of data with a limited Internet speed.

To make changes first we need to fire up the local group policy options.
Press enter and it will initiate the local group policy editor.

If this policy is enabled, they will be limited to specific maximum bandwidth usage.
