Did your printer showing offline or wont responding print commands?
Well if the Printer status showing Offline, it means its having problem communicating with your box.
Lets first check the connectivity between your machine and printer.
Check the USB cable connecting your printer to your PC or laptop.
If you are connected toVPNnetwork take a stab at disconnect and check the printer status.
Try clearing all your print jobs by pressing cancel all documents on your printer.
This will scrub the printing queue and allow you to power cycle your model.
Change printer status to online
A new window opens, Click Printer.
And the print spooler service must be running state to complete print jobs or printer to function properly.
and a Faulty or Outdated Printer Drivers Can Also lead to the Printer offline Error.
Lets remove the older printer driver and load the latest printer driver from the manufacturers website.
