Thats what Microsoft has begun to do with users using 7-generation AMD Ryzen or Intel Kaby Lake processors.
Users who have performed these processes have encountered a new limitation on the part of Microsoft.
The only possible solution, or at least so Microsoft dictates, is to upgrade to Windows 10.
Microsoft is right to say that the best user experience is with the latest versions of the operating system.
The problem is that blocking updates artificially as Microsoft is doing is not the best way to go.
In short, users who want to use older operating systems with new processors will have face more difficulties.
