Microsoft had struggled hard to settle in Windows 10 to existing users.
Previously we have seen Woman sued Microsoft for pushing windows 10 update that made her computer unstable.
Microsoft ended up paying $10k to the woman.
Similar incidence happened recently.
Stephanie Watson claimed that Windows 10 was automatically installed without permission and caused data loss.
Where the other two plaintiffs claimed that after the upgrade their computer stopped working.

Customers had the option not to upgrade to Windows 10.
We believe the plaintiffs claims are without merit.
