Developers need to have knowledge of quantum logic gates and their operations to work on this language.

The one will be powered by Microsofts Azure cloud and the other one will run locally.
Right now, Microsoft is inviting developers to sign up for the preview of programming language and quantum simulator.
The previews will be released later this year.
