Select the OS partition

Shrink primary OS partition from Command Prompt

Select the recovery partition

Delete existing Windows recovery partition from Command Prompt

Check if partition style is GPT or MBR

Create a new Windows Recovery partition

Format the partition drive

Enable Windows Recovery Environment
