Running the System File Checker on Safe mode is The Fist Solution.

ToRun DISM Toolyou need to bring up the command prompt as administrator.

Let the DISM command run and wait until 100 % Complete to finish.

If the above command doesnt work then try ToRun DISM With Source File.

If you dont Have installation media Create one byfollowing this.

Now punch in following Command and hit enter key To execute the same.

In a perfect world, it will tell you what file was corrupted and that it was fixed.

If you dont see the words FIXED/REPAIRED then it did not fix the problem.

To perform Automatic Repair / Startup repair first you need toaccess Advanced Options.

Then press Automatic Repair as shown below image.

To fire up the CBS.Log File Press Windows + R then typeC:\windows\logs\CBSand hit Enter.

Then double click onCBS.logfile.

Again right-click CBS.log file and selectproperties,Switch toSecurity tabthen selectEveryoneunder Group or user names and then click Edit.

Then PressCtrl + Fthen typeCorruptand it will find everything that says corrupt.

Now you will find what actually is corrupted which cant be fixed by SFC.
