There’s also dividers between apps when using side by side apps.
This is completelynothow you should be usingan OLED monitor, even for productivity work.
We have purposefully been using a 4K OLED monitor in ways that will cause permanent burn-in.

I want to find out.
To establish a few more parameters for this test:
The monitor we’re using is theMSI MPG 321URX.
We plan to make this a series to find out.
First is text quality.
The 240Hz refresh rate at 4K is much better than I was expecting for productivity work.
The MSI 321URX in particular has a few annoying issues with how it runs the pixel refresh compensation cycle.
Since then it’s been become less disruptive.
A small thing that’s a bit frustrating.
Aside from this, I’ve had a great time using the MSI 321URX as a productivity monitor.
It has great color quality, it’s fast, decent resolution, and packs a high refresh rate.
