One is CPU-based and the other is GPU-based.

As you make changes to a scene, the rendered image will be updated automatically.

This punch in of rendering is called Interactive Rendering which runs in progressive mode.

Additionally, there is another rendering technique called distributed rendering that can be implemented by enabling V-Ray Swarm.

V-Ray Advanced for Revit

This technique uses multiple computers that are connected to each other.

Using Chaos Cloud is probably the easiest solution to handle render jobs.

If you have multiple renders, you could spin up the Batch Rendering mode.

Just one click of a button and it will render all of them at once.

This mode saves time, but unfortunately it can only be used on a local machine.

The cloud service doesnt support it yet.

V-Ray Advanced for Revit displays renders in a frame called V-Ray Frame Buffer.

It also has a dropdown list from which you could switch between render channels.

V-Ray Advanced for Revit is a strongly recommended plugin.

With all the features it has, visualizing Revit projects is easier and more enjoyable.

Batch Rendering is also a useful feature to reduce the hassle of rendering multiple renders.

It is currently not supported in the cloud service, but perhaps one day it will eventually be supported.
