Printer ink is too expensive to waste
WTF?
It almost sounds fun and whimsical, until you realize it’s wasting your ink and paper.
It’s certainly one of the stranger Windows bugs to surface over the years.
The policy can be found under Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > [Group Policy name].
With Microsoft offering a mitigation, the bug’s status has been changed to “Mitigated.”
However, the company notes that the final resolution will be included in a “future Windows update.”
Of course, this isn’t the first time Windows updates have caused printer issues.
