Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware (Code 37)

Then visit the gadget manufacturer website, to download the latest available Driver for your problematic gadget.

And save it to your local driver.

After that Restart windows, Plug in the rig again.

Check The gadget started working, There is no more gadget driver error 37.

This means that at least some Code 37 errors might be triggered by issues with Windows itself.

Check the unit on different PC to verify the unit itself not have any problem.
